Michael R. Lardieri, LCSW is a seasoned behavioral health executive with over three decades of clinical and leadership experience. He advises organizations nationwide on integrating behavioral health and primary care, population health, and artificial intelligence solutions. Mike most recently served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Core Solutions, an EHR vendor dedicated to behavioral health. He has successfully led inpatient, outpatient, and managed care teams, as well as served as behavioral health administrator for one of the nation’s largest FQHCs.

Throughout his career, Mike has developed health plan operations, built provider networks, and introduced data-driven strategies to tackle complex challenges like opioid addiction. He has held senior managed care positions, focusing on clinical services and provider relations, and currently leads AI initiatives to improve efficiency and care outcomes.

Previously, Mike was Chief Operating Officer at Kaden Health, a virtual Medication-Assisted Treatment startup, and Assistant Vice President of Strategic Program Development at Northwell Health. On the national stage, he has worked with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, driving technology adoption and quality improvement for behavioral health organizations. A licensed mental health professional, Mike is also a respected speaker on telebehavioral health, integrated care, AI applications, and the future of behavioral healthcare, reflecting his commitment to innovation and improved patient outcomes across the country.
